What You'll Be Doing:
The Customer Success Representative ensures customer satisfaction by understanding needs, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional support to foster loyalty and advocacy for B9Creations. They monitor customer health metrics, address churn risks, and implement retention strategies like personalized outreach. Providing technical assistance, they resolve issues swiftly and empower users to maximize B9C solutions' value. Acting as a bridge between customers and the organization, they drive growth through insights, tailored training, and advocacy. By leveraging data insights, refining processes, and maintaining technical expertise, they align teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused experiences.
- Customer Retention and Loyalty: Drive loyalty by monitoring customer health, implementing retention strategies, fostering advocacy, optimizing touchpoints, leading experience programs, and refining support processes.
- Customer Growth and Expansion: Enable growth by leveraging customer insights to align with sales and marketing, identifying revenue opportunities, educating on new features, and providing tailored training to enhance success and long-term engagement.
- Customer Success Advocacy: Advocate for customer success by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive experience, aligning efforts around customer-centric strategies, and championing customer needs to drive proactive, effective solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Support: Serve as the primary contact post-sale, delivering training, resolving issues efficiently, updating technical documentation, and staying informed on product advancements to provide exceptional support and a seamless customer experience.
- Metrics, Data, and Reporting: Analyze customer feedback and success metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and implement data-driven improvements that enhance Cx performance and align with business objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the Representative will need the following.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to take ownership of support issues and resolve customer concerns with a calm, customer-focused approach without unnecessary escalation.
- Prior experience in customer experience/success roles, such as retail, service industry, or other customer-interactive positions (in-person or virtual), minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, taking initiative and ownership of tasks or projects.
- High School Diploma/GED
