We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Courier to support our Teller Express service for the secure and timely transportation of bank materials, cash-related items, documents, and correspondence between bank locations and customers. This role serves as a key link between branches and customers, helping deliver exceptional service while supporting efficient retail banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately transport cash, monetary items, mail, documents, and internal correspondence between designated locations.
- Coordinate with branch personnel to support cash management and operational needs.
- Provide professional service and support to customers and associates.
- Assist customers by providing information regarding bank products, services, and procedures.
- Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance of bank-owned vehicles.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and expand banking services.
- Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet bondability requirements.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
